Itinerary

Day 1 :- Guest will Arrive at Mangalore Airport/Railway Station via Flight/ Train. Upon arrival guest will proceed to the hotel. After lunch we will have the Tour Orientation after that group will proceed for the City Tour with photo stop at St. Louis Chapel  and in the evening we will visit the Ullal beach to watch sunset. After sunset group will proceed to have dinner. Night Stay in Mangalore.

Day 2 :- Today we will proceed to the quaint town of Udupi.  En route we will visit first blue flag beach of India, Padubiddri Beach and later we visit Kapu Beach where we will see a giant light house constructed  during British era. After reaching Udupi, we will do check in at the hotel and have lunch. After lunch group will proceed to Shri Krishna Matha and Malpe Beach in the evening. After having dinner people are free to enjoy the famous night life near Manipal University. Night Stay in Udupi.

Day 3 :-Today we will take a boat ride to St. Mary's Island to witness the real beauty of the Arabian Sea. This is going to be scenic, adventurous and enjoyable ride. After lunch we will proceed to Kemmannu Hanging Bridge where you can relax yourself or you can enjoy Kayaking on extra charges. In the evening we will go to Delta Beach to enjoy sunset. Night Stay in Udupi.

Day 4 :- Today we will proceed for our next destination Gokarna. En route Gokarna, we will visit Murudeshwar Shiva Temple where we will visit on the top of the Gopuram and experience majestic aerial view of Arabian Sea (Subject to availability) . After that we will proceed to serene Jog Falls, a true hidden gem of Bharat which is located in the forest area of Coastal Karnataka. Then we will proceed for our next destination, Gokarna. Night stay in Gokarna.

Day 6 :- Today after Breakfast, we will proceed to Dandeli, a village situated midst of the nature in the outskirts of Kali Tiger Reserve. Here you can enjoy Bird Watching, Boating, Kayaking, Zorbing or just relax in the lap of the nature. (All the activities at Dandeli are subject to availability).

Day 7 :- Today after the breakfast we will proceed to our Tour's Final Destination Goa. Here you have free time to explore Goa, do shopping or visiting the beach on your own. Night Stay in Goa.

Day 8 :-Tour Concludes. Let us be in contact with each other via Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram and other Social Media Platform and again plan a tour together or get onboard a tour together with Shyam's Travel World because "travel, explore, experience because everything is kept in travel."

• Any Increase in airfare/rail fare, fuel charge, surcharge etc.
• Any new tax implemented by the Government of India
• Cost of Insurance above 59 years.
• Meals not mentioned above
• Train Tickets, Flight Tickets or any other transportation to/from boarding/dropping point
• Cost of Pre/Post Tour Hotel Accommodation, Transportation, Airfare/Rail Fare, Sightseeing etc.                                                                            
• Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
• Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is not a part of group’s set meal menu
• Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency
• Cost of any optional activity or service
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the  'inclusions' column

Terms and Conditions

• Guest has to reach the hotel in Mangaluru latest by 5th January 12:00pm.
• If the Guest doesn't reach the Tour Boarding Point on time, the group tour will start.
• The payment for the tour has to be done at least 50% in total during the time of booking. This amount is non refundable.
• In case of Triple Occupancy, a extra mattress will be provided.
• Full payment of the tour should be done on or before 20th December 2023. Otherwise the guest is counted as cancel and no refund will be processed.
• Tour Dates may change because of various reasond. In this situation, refund will not be processed at any cost.
• Hotels are subject to change in case of non-availibility. In this case, a similar kind of hotel may be provided depending on the availibility.
• Shyam's Travel World is not liable for any unfortunate circumstances incase of theft, accident, death etc.
• Shyam's Travel World is not responsible for providing any meals rather than mentioned above.
• If the guest doesn't reach the meeting point such as hotel lobby, sightseeing, restaurants etc. The group will proceed further and the guest has to make arrangements on his own to reach further pont.
• If the guest is found misbeaving, he/she may be debarred from the tour, and no refund will be processed.
• The guest has to compulsarily sit in the alloted seat/vehicle alloted to them.
• If Shyam's Travel World cancels the tour due to unfortunate circumstances, 25% of the booking amount excluding taxes will be refunded.
• The final itinerary will be sent to your email and whatsapp, 5 days prior to the date of tour's departure.
• The guest can book his/her flight/train tickets till Mangaluru from his city. In such cases full payment of the ticket has to be made at the time of booking.
• In case of any emergency, hospitalization etc, Shyam's Travel World is not liable for any kind of expense occured.
• In case of hospitalization, illness etc the guest has to bare the expense. In such cases the group will not wait for anyone.
• In case if the sightseeing is closed due to unavoidable circumstances, Shyam's Travel World will do its best to arrange for alternate sightseeing. 
  

Cancellation Policy

• Booking Amount : Non Refundable.
• 60 - 0 Days to the Departure : Non Refundable.
• 89 - 61 Days to the Departure : 20% other than booking amount.
• 150 - 90 Days to the Departure : 25% other than booking amount.
