Itinerary

DAY 1 | AHMEDABAD - RANTHAMBORE TIGER RESERVE

All the guests will report at the designated pickup point at 06:30 pm. After that the guest will be allotted with the seats. After

that we will depart for our destination Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Enroute we will have dinner at a nice, hygienic dhaba.

Night drive in the bus.

DAY 2 | ARRIVAL AT RANTHAMBORE - EVENING TIGER SAFARI

Today morning we will have breakfast enroute and then we will reach our hotel which is located just opposite to the

Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. After that we will have lunch and will depart for evening safari in search of tiger, leopard, sloth

bear, deer etc. After the safari ends, At night we will have dinner. Night stay in Ranthambore

DAY 3 | MORNING SAFARI - EVENING SAFARI

Today we will get up early and leave for morning safari by 6 am. After the morning safari we will have our breakfast. After the

breakfast you can enjoy activities like swimming pool or just go for the shopping. After that we will have our lunch at around

1:00 pm. After having lunch we will leave for the evening safari. After coming back from the safari we will have dinner and

various group activities will be arranged. Night stay in Ranthambore.

DAY 4 | MORNING SAFARI - RANTHAMBORE FORT - DEPARTURE

Today we will again getup early in the morning and leave for our last jungle safari. After returning back from the safari we

will have breakfast. Post breakfast we will checkout from the hotel, we will climb 350 steps to reach the Ranthambore Fort.

After coming back from the fort we will have sometime for shopping. In the evening, we will leave for Ahmedabad and

enroute we will have dinner.

DAY 5 | AHMEDABAD

Today enroute we will have breakfast and reach Ahmedabad in the morning. Tour Concludes. Let us all be in contact with

each other through WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media platforms.

The guest will be accompanied by male and female Tour Managers from Ahmedabad to Ahmedabad.

Exclusions

• Any increase in fuel charge
• Any increase in jungle safari costs
• Meals not mentioned above.
• Any extra expense incurred due to forced majeure situation before the departure of the tour.
• Personal expenses like porterage, shopping, food, beverages etc.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the 'inclusions' section.

Terms and Conditions

• Guest has to reach the pickup point latest by 4th January 2024 by 06:30 pm.
• If the Guest doesn't reach the Pickup Point on time, the group tour will start. The payment for the tour has to be done at least 50% in total during the time of booking. This amount is non refundable.
• In case of Triple Occupancy, a extra mattress will be provided.
• Full payment of the tour should be done 45 days prior to the departure. Otherwise the guest is counted as cancel and
• no refund will be processed.
• Tour Dates may change because of various reasons. In this situation, refund will not be processed at any cost.
• Hotels are subject to change in case of non-availability. In this case, a similar kind of hotel may be provided depending on the availability.
• Shyam's Travel World is not liable for any unfortunate circumstances in case of theft, accident, death etc.
• Shyam's Travel World is not responsible for providing any meals rather than mentioned above.
• If the guest doesn't reach the meeting point such as hotel lobby, sightseeing, restaurants etc. The group will proceed further and the guest has to make arrangements on his own to reach further point.
• If the guest is found misbehaving, he/she may be debarred from the tour, and no refund will be processed.
• The guest has to compulsorily sit in the allotted seat.
• If Shyam's Travel World cancels the tour due to unfortunate circumstances, 25% of the booking amount excluding taxes and jungle safari fees will be refunded.
• The final itinerary will be sent to your email and whatsapp, 5 days prior to the date of tour's departure.
• In case of any emergency, hospitalization etc, Shyam's Travel World is not liable for any kind of expense occured.
• In case of hospitalization, illness etc the guest has to bare the expense. In such cases the group will not wait for anyone.
• In case if the sightseeing is closed due to unavoidable circumstances, Shyam's Travel World will do its best to arrange
• for alternate sightsseeing.
• The tiger sighting is totally depended on the luck. I we are unable to see any tiger the guest can't demand refund.
• The group can be scattered while doing jungle safari and can be allotted different zones. In this case, no refund will be
• processed.

Cancellation Policy

• Booking Amount - Non Refundable.
• 0 - 60 Days to the Departure - Non Refundable.
• 61 - 89 Days to the Departure - 20% other than booking amount and jungle safari fees.
• 90 - 150 Days to the Departure - 25% other than booking amount and jungle safari fees.
